Terms & Conditions - Draft Nation

By registering, purchasing a membership, attending, sponsoring, or otherwise partnering with Draft Nation 2026, a live event, You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If You do not agree to these Terms, you may not attend, participate or partner with Draft Nation. The Services are being made available by Fantasy Sports Entertainment & Productions, LLC aka Draft Nation (“DN”) to You (“Customer” or “You,” and together with DN, the “parties”) on the condition that You agree to these terms of service (the “Agreement” or “Terms”). BY USING THE SERVICES, AND/OR AGREEING TO ANY ORDER PROVIDED BY DN, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS. DN may, in its sole and absolute discretion, modify or revise these Terms and policies at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions.

1. Definitions

• “Customer Data” means any and all information provided by Customer to DN and stored by DN in connection with Customer’s authorized use of the Customer Data. At time of registration, Customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update it as necessary before arriving at the Event.
• “Event” means the Draft Nation 2026 event held at The Circa Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas from August 20th to August 22nd.
• “Order” means a fully executed DN Membership purchase to attend the Event and get other member benefits that references or incorporates these Terms.
• “Services” means the services to be provided by DN to Customer, as set out in more detail in the Order.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 Age. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase Draft Nation Membership and attend the Event. Minors may not attend as the Event venue requires all entrants to be 21 years of age or older.

3. Services

• 3.1 Services. DN will provide the Services associated with the package purchased from Draft Nation as described in and pursuant to an applicable Order, and subject to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an Order, the terms of the Order govern.
• 3.2 Data Use. DN agrees that the Customer shall own all rights, title and interest in and to the Customer Data. Customer hereby grants to DN, during the Term, a non-exclusive and non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited right to access and use the Customer Data solely in connection with performance of the Services or as specified in the Privacy Policy.
• 3.3 Feedback. If Customer sends or transmits any communications or materials to DN by mail, email, telephone, or otherwise, suggesting or recommending changes to the DN Services, including any comments, questions, suggestions, or the like (“Feedback”), DN is free to use such Feedback irrespective of any other obligation or limitation between the Parties governing such Feedback.

4. Registration & Membership

• 4.1 Membership Enrollment. Each membership into Draft Nation includes an entry to Draft Nation 2026. The benefits and services are listed on the order form that you receive upon purchase.
• 4.2 Membership Entries. All Membership purchases are subject to availability. VIP memberships are limited to three hundred (300) customers. Prices, fees, and taxes will be disclosed and charged at purchase time. DN reserves the right to revoke or cancel any membership at their sole discretion.
• 4.3 Membership Entries Delivery. Upon purchase or registration of a Membership Entry, Customers receive a receipt with their e-ticket attached and are registered onto the Event guest list.  When arriving at the Event, all Customers check in at the Event Registration Desk in order to receive a wrist band identifying which areas and scheduled activities the Customer may attend.  All Customers need to comply with the Rules of Attendance. DN reserves the right to deny entry to the event for any lawful purpose.
• 4.4 Refund Policy. All Event purchases are final. All refund requests will be approved at the sole discretion of DN. To request a refund:
  
  • (1) Submit your request in writing to [email protected].
  • (2) Include your full name, date/time of your purchase, order number, and the email address used at checkout.
  • (3) The reason for your refund request.
  
  Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your financial institution's processing times. Draft Nation is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
• 4.5 Event Changes. DN reserves the right to change Event dates, times, locations, programming, guests and schedules. DN reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event due to circumstances beyond DN’s control.

5. Rules of Attendance

• 5.1 Venue Rules. Customer agrees to follow all the rules of the Event Venue. If the Venue requires that you be dismissed from the Event, DN will not be required to issue the Customer a refund.
• 5.2 Code of Conduct. All attendees, sponsors, speakers, media representatives, and staff are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is commensurate with the rules of the Venue and the laws of the state in which the Venue is located.

6. Contests and Games Participation

• 6.1 Entries Included in Event purchase. DN will not be running any real money contests at the venue. If your Membership Event purchase includes an entry into a contest, it is the Customer’s responsibility to sign up with the partner or sponsor who runs that contest.
• 6.2 Activities at the Event. DN plans to allow sponsors and partners to hold fun games for the participants in the Event. It is the Customer’s responsibility to sign up with the partner or sponsor who runs that game.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1 Assumption of Risk. Customers assume all risks for attending the Event. Live events involve inherent risk and DN is not responsible for risks incurred, including but not limited to: personal injury, illness, property damage, or lost property.
• LIABILITY LIMIT: DN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAYABLE BY CUSTOMER TO DN OR, IF NO FEES APPLY, THEN $100 USD.

8. General

• 8.1 Full Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties concerning the subject matter hereof. It supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.
